6. Booking and Payment Processing

ferienhausliebe acts as an intermediary platform for selected holiday accommodations.

In the context of booking inquiries or bookings, personal data may be passed on to the respective host as well as to technical service providers, insofar as this is necessary for the execution of the booking.

Payment processing is carried out via the payment service provider Stripe or Stripe Connect.

In particular, the following data may be processed:

  • Name
  • Payment data
  • Billing data
  • Booking information
  • Email address

Processing is carried out for the execution of payment in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

7. Use of Cognito Forms

To provide host forms, we use the service Cognito Forms.

When you complete a form on our website, the data you enter is transmitted to Cognito Forms and processed there for the purpose of handling your inquiry or carrying out the respective process.

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

8. Use of Dropbox

For the exchange of documents and files with hosts or interested parties, ferienhausliebe may use the service Dropbox.

Only the files necessary for collaboration are processed and stored. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
