Ferienhausliebe arranges bookings between guests and hosts and provides the technical platform for this purpose. The respective accommodation contract is concluded exclusively between the guest and the host. Ferienhausliebe itself does not become a party to the accommodation contract (further information can be found under T&Cs for Guests and T&Cs for Hosts).

Cancellation policy
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
Please note, however, that for contracts for accommodation services provided for a specific period, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB.
The respective cancellation and payment terms are determined by the host and are transparently displayed during the booking process. You will also find this information in your booking confirmation.
Ferienhausliebe acts as an intermediary platform. The accommodation contract is concluded exclusively between the guest and the host.
Notice pursuant to Section 36 of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG)
Ferienhausliebe is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Availability & technical transmission
Despite careful maintenance of content, technical transmission errors, synchronization discrepancies, or short-term changes in availability and prices may occur in individual cases. A booking is therefore only considered bindingly confirmed with an explicit booking confirmation from the host or via the platform.
Availability is partly matched via external calendar and synchronisation systems (e.g. iCal). Despite careful maintenance, short-notice synchronisation delays or overlaps may occur in exceptional cases.
ferienhausliebe assumes no liability for technical errors outside its sphere of influence, particularly in connection with external calendar, payment, or booking systems.
