Spanning approximately 300 m², the villa can accommodate up to five guests and combines spacious living areas with a private wellness area and expansive outdoor spaces. A particularly striking feature is its elevated location near Castel Rigone: from various areas of the property, the view sweeps across the landscape all the way to Lake Trasimeno.
The ground floor features a bright living area with large windows, an open dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. An additional, smaller living room provides a quieter space for reading or relaxing. This level also features a room with a sleeper sofa; from there, you can access the utility room and a small bathroom with a shower.
The three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool tub, a private terrace, and a large panoramic window. There is also another double bedroom and a single bedroom, which share a bathroom with a shower. There are four bathrooms in total.
The private wellness area is located one floor below. The centerpiece is the heated indoor pool with hydromassage and a waterfall. A sauna and private relaxation areas round out the spa—a part of the house that can be enjoyed regardless of the season.
Outside, life continues on the large panoramic terrace, which opens directly onto the living area. There is space here for dining and relaxing, as well as a traditional wood-fired oven for pizza and a grill. The private outdoor pool measures 8 × 4 meters and is 1.40 meters deep. According to the host, it is open from May 1 through September 30, weather permitting.
The location is ideal for exploring both Umbria and neighboring Tuscany. Passignano sul Trasimeno is 8 kilometers away, Perugia is 25 kilometers away, and Cortona is 35 kilometers away. Assisi, Pienza, and Siena are also within easy reach from here. For those who prefer to stay closer to home, there’s a restaurant and bar just 2 kilometers away.
The rental price includes final cleaning, bed linens, towels, pool towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. For weekly bookings, midweek cleaning, midweek towel changes, and bed linen changes on Saturday are included. Additionally, a guided tour of an oil mill followed by a tasting is available.
