This detached villa is located in Marratxí, northeast of Palma, in a quiet residential neighborhood. The property is fenced and surrounded by a mature garden that offers plenty of privacy. Terraces and balconies create a variety of outdoor spaces, with views of the garden, the pool, and as far as the mountains.
With approximately 250 m² of living space, the house can accommodate up to eight guests. The villa features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and also equipped with ceiling fans and a personal safe.
Inside, the spacious living and dining area serves as the centerpiece. The dining table seats eight people, so the whole group can eat together. The open kitchen with a cooking island is equipped with, among other things, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso machine. The house also features a fireplace. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays.
Outside, much of the activity centers around the private pool. It is up to 2.20 meters deep and surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas. The garden is fenced in, and the landscaping creates secluded areas. Guests can dine together or have a barbecue on the terraces, while the balconies offer additional places to relax.
We’ve also made arrangements for families with small children: a crib, high chair, and stroller can be provided upon request. For family time at home, there’s a TV with German channels, a stereo, DVDs, and a PlayStation 4. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The location makes it easy to explore different parts of Mallorca. Palma is about a ten-minute drive away, and the airport is about 15 minutes away. The island’s beaches and the Serra de Tramuntana can also be explored from Marratxí. For those who don’t want to be out and about every day, the private pool, garden, and various outdoor areas provide plenty of space right on the property.

Bed linens, towels, pool towels, bathrobes, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and a parking space on the property are included in the rental price. A crib, a high chair, and a stroller can be provided upon request.
