The villa dates back to the 18th century and is situated in the green hills above Montecatini Terme. The historic building has been completely restored inside and is surrounded by a private park with olive trees and cypresses. The house and grounds offer views of Montecatini Alto, Montecatini Terme, and the surrounding countryside.
With approximately 250 m² of living space, the house features five bedrooms and five bathrooms, accommodating up to twelve guests. The ground floor features the kitchen and dining area, as well as two double bedrooms, each with its own shower room. One of the double bedrooms can be configured with two single beds. The kitchen has its own fireplace and, like the dining area, opens directly onto the garden.
The upper floor features the living area, with large windows offering a view of the valley, as well as three additional double bedrooms. One of these can also be set up with two single beds. There are three bathrooms on this floor: two with showers and one with both a shower and a bathtub. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned.
For spending time together at home, there is a pool table in addition to the living and dining areas. Wi-Fi is available both indoors and outdoors. A washing machine and dryer are also provided.
The private pool is located above the house and measures 9 × 4 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters. It is open from April 1 through October 30 and can be heated for an additional fee. The outdoor area features a dining area and a grill. For children, there is a playground with toys as well as a ping-pong table. The property is fenced.
