This large stone house is located near Guardistallo in western Tuscany, between the Etruscan hinterland and the coast. Spanning approximately 600 m², it features nine double rooms, ten bathrooms, and several spacious common areas. It can accommodate up to 20 guests.
On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and direct access to the garden. There are also two kitchens, two living areas, and two sitting rooms with fireplaces. An additional guest or service bathroom is also located on this floor.
Seven additional double rooms are located on the upper floor and each has its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms also has a private living area where two additional sleeping spaces can be set up. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The interior spaces reflect the house’s traditional architecture, featuring natural stone, arches, and vaulted ceilings. With its layout—which includes several kitchens, living areas, and dining areas—the house is well-suited for larger groups who are traveling together but still want to use separate spaces.Surrounding the house is a large garden with several spots for dining and relaxing. The outdoor area features two large dining tables, a brick barbecue, and a pizza oven. Two private parking areas are available for cars.
Set slightly apart from the house is the private infinity pool, which offers views of the surrounding hills. It measures 10 × 5 meters and is 1.50 meters deep. The pool can be heated and is open from May 6 through September 30. The pool heater and the house heating system cannot be operated at the same time.
Guardistallo and Casale Marittimo are located in the hinterland of the Etruscan Coast. The nearest shops are in Casale Marittimo, four kilometers away. The beaches of Marina di Bibbona are 17 kilometers away. Bolgheri, with its famous wineries, is about 15 kilometers away.
