With a total of 75 m² spread over three floors, the house can accommodate up to six people. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a fully automatic coffee machine, a large dining table for six to eight people, and a bathroom with a shower, cast-iron bathtub, and washer-dryer. The living area features a soapstone stove, and the firewood is already provided. Once heated, the stove retains its warmth for many hours. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and is suitable for streaming and working from home.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and features a double bed measuring 180 × 200 centimeters. Behind a small swing door is an additional bed measuring 140 × 200 centimeters. One floor higher is the children’s room, which features two bunk beds and its own play area with a play mat and board games. This creates a clear division across the different levels of the house, which is especially beneficial for families.
Outside, the property features a covered patio with a garden lounge. The property is fully fenced, and there is a private parking space right next to the house. Dogs are expressly welcome upon request; a feeding station and a dog bed are already provided.
Some of the small details also complement the home’s personal character: Upon arrival, a Bocksbeutel bottle of Franconian wine awaits you, and coffee, tea, and spices are also provided. Bedding, towels, and the final cleaning are already included in the stay.
