Tenuta Aquadivina is nestled in the rolling hills of the Valdera, just a few minutes from the medieval village of Palaia. Olive groves, vineyards, cypress trees, and wild meadows stretch across approximately 30 hectares—a landscape characterized by tranquility, vastness, and the unhurried beauty of Tuscany.
This historic 17th-century estate combines original architecture with carefully restored rooms and select Italian design classics. Large windows offer views of the garden, while natural stone, antique fireplaces, and warm materials create a serene atmosphere.
Located between Pisa and Florence, the Tenuta is both a retreat and a starting point for excursions to historic villages, wine regions, and the Tuscan countryside. The Tenuta combines historic Tuscan architecture with the peaceful, nature-filled atmosphere of the hills surrounding Palaia.
The spacious interiors have been carefully restored and furnished with select Italian mid-century design classics. Multiple living areas, fireplaces, a professional kitchen, and stylish bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms create a space that feels both elegant and relaxed. Throughout the house, great emphasis was placed on high-quality, durable materials. Guests can expect carefully curated amenities, including the exclusive Dr. Vranjes skincare line, fine 100% satin-cotton linens, heavy 500g towels, and sustainable bamboo toilet paper. The kitchen also reflects Tenuta’s high standards—with WMF cookware, Villa D’Este tableware, and elegant Mepra cutlery.
The outdoor area features various garden and lounge areas, a historic lemon house, a large pool with a whirlpool, and quiet retreats nestled among Mediterranean plants and old trees.
The Tenuta is ideal for stays with family or friends, as well as for retreats, private dinners, cooking classes, or small events. Small, intimate weddings are also possible. Since the house is registered as a “Casa comunale,” weddings can be held on site. Upon request, we can organize yoga sessions, massages, private chefs, truffle hunting, or seasonal experiences such as grape and olive harvesting.
