The heart of the home is the spacious living and dining area with a fireplace and a large dining table that seats up to twelve people. This is where guests gather to cook together, enjoy long dinners, or spend relaxing evenings by the fire. The fully equipped mill kitchen, featuring a Falcon gas stove, two Miele dishwashers, a side-by-side refrigerator and freezer, and a high-quality ECM portafilter espresso machine, leaves nothing to be desired—even for ambitious home cooks. For coffee lovers, Nespresso machines and French presses are also available.
Six individually designed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offer plenty of privacy. Bed linens, towels, a hair dryer, soap, and shampoo are, of course, provided to ensure a comfortable stay.
Under the roof is a light-filled creative workspace with a view of the treetops and the Mühlenbach stream. The space also serves as a yoga studio and, with fourteen yoga mats, offers the ideal setting for retreats, workshops, or peaceful mornings. Thanks to fiber-optic internet with speeds of up to 400 Mbit/s (FTTH) and an additional DSL connection with speeds of up to 250 Mbit/s, the watermill is also perfectly suited for workations or seminars.
The outdoor area also invites you to leave your everyday life behind. The private sauna, which accommodates up to four people and features an outdoor shower, offers relaxation after long walks or bike rides. A wood-fired pizza oven, a Weber gas grill, and several seating areas in the garden create the perfect setting for summer evenings together. Eight bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding Prignitz countryside.
Entertainment is provided by a projector for movie nights with friends and two Marshall Stanmore Bluetooth speakers. A washing machine, dryer, free parking, and a charging station for electric vehicles round out the high level of living comfort.
If you need even more space, you can also use a tiny house for two people as well as the barn hall, which is about 100 m²—ideal for seminars, retreats, or special events.
