The Farmhouse Apartment is located on the first floor of a historic farmhouse and combines the charm of a traditional farmhouse with modern living comfort. With approximately 175 m² of living space, this spacious apartment can accommodate up to six guests and offers impressive views of the Chiemgau Alps from numerous rooms.
As soon as you walk in, the open-concept kitchen and dining area welcomes guests and forms the heart of the apartment. Here, spacious rooms, a traditional farmhouse atmosphere, and modern amenities come together. A wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth and creates a welcoming atmosphere, especially on cool fall and winter evenings. The fully equipped kitchen offers the perfect setting for preparing regional or international dishes together. Amenities include a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker for both bean-to-cup and filter coffee, air fryer, waffle maker, smoothie blender, hand mixer, as well as all tableware, cooking utensils, and wine and water glasses.
Three spacious bedrooms can accommodate a total of six guests. The master bedroom features a separate walk-in closet and direct access to a private balcony. Two additional bedrooms are also located on this floor and offer plenty of space for families or friends traveling together.
Two fully renovated bathrooms create a private spa area. Both are equipped with high-quality fixtures and spacious rain showers. The main bathroom also features a freestanding bathtub that invites you to relax.
The kitchen, living area, and main bathroom all offer sweeping views of the Chiemgau Alps. The private balcony extends the living space outdoors and provides a secluded spot with views of Lake Chiemsee and the surrounding mountain landscape.
A special highlight is the exclusive access to a large portion of the 16th-century barn, which has been preserved in its original state. There, guests have access to a game room as well as a lockable bike storage area with charging stations for e-bike batteries—ideal for anyone who wants to explore the region by bike, for example along the Mozart Bike Route.
For added comfort, the apartment features high-speed Wi-Fi, a 65-inch smart TV, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a hair dryer, and bed linens and towels for all guests. A fire extinguisher and fire blanket are also provided.
