The Filomena Apartment is a spacious and bright apartment with approximately 62 m² of living space, designed for two people. The maximum occupancy is three people. It is located on the ground floor of the Casa Principale at the beautiful Tenuta delle Rose and features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a spacious living and dining area. Right outside the door is a small garden that belongs exclusively to the apartment and offers a private outdoor space.
The apartment is equipped with dishes, a coffee maker, a hair dryer, hand towels, bath towels, and bed linens. Air conditioning and heating ensure comfortable temperatures. If space allows, a baby crib can be added for €30 per stay or an extra bed for €75 per week.
Tenuta delle Rose is nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside near Montaione. The estate encompasses 16 hectares of land with vineyards and 770 olive trees and has a history as both a winery and a farm. The estate features a total of ten vacation apartments and shared common areas for all guests.

On the estate itself, vineyards, olive groves, meadows, and a small poplar forest characterize the surroundings. A walking trail through the vineyards leads to a bocce court. The Tenuta also produces its own Chianti D.O.C.G. and olive oil. In the surrounding area, guests can explore restaurants, museums, tourist attractions, and wine-tasting opportunities. The warm and welcoming German-speaking hosts are also happy to assist with arranging horseback riding excursions, tennis courts, or bike rentals. The Castelfalfi Golf Club is about 25 kilometers away.
Tenuta delle Rose also offers breakfast by advance reservation. Breakfast is free for children 6 and under; for children ages 7 to 12, it costs €7; and for those 13 and older, it costs €14 per person. Reservations for breakfast must be made directly with the host after booking.
