With 120 m\u00b2 of living space and three bedrooms, it can accommodate six guests\u2014compact enough for spending time together, yet offering plenty of privacy thanks to three private bathrooms. <\/p>\n
The architecture and interior design incorporate many materials typical of old houses in this region. Terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams, and natural materials form the foundation, complemented by light-colored furniture and occasional pops of color. The result doesn\u2019t feel like a staged portrayal of Tuscan tradition, but rather pleasantly natural.
\nThe heart of the home is the open living area. The kitchen, dining area, and lounge flow seamlessly into one another, creating a large shared space for cooking, dining, and gathering. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and constantly connect the interior to the surrounding landscape. <\/p>\n
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped\u2014including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer, as well as various coffee makers. A drinking water filtration system is also included. Especially in a house for six, the kitchen is not just meant for a quick breakfast but is also perfect for longer evenings spent cooking together. <\/p>\n
All three bedrooms feature a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. This makes the house particularly well-suited not only for families but also for three couples traveling together.
