The interior design deliberately builds on this historic context. Furniture and built-in elements were crafted by local artisans, while a soft sage green ties the various spaces together. The color references the vegetation along the San Leopoldo River and gives the rooms a distinctly different atmosphere than the other houses on the estate. <\/p>\n
The house is designed to accommodate up to four people. Two double bedrooms are furnished with luxurious fabrics and upholstery. However, the outdoor area has an even greater impact on your stay. A long, covered terrace runs along the side of the house, offering a sheltered view of the private garden. Here, you can start your day with breakfast outdoors and end it later with dinner in the same spot\u2014regardless of whether the sun is shining brightly over the Maremma. <\/p>\n
The Mediterranean garden, which covers approximately 250 m\u00b2, expands this outdoor area. Sun loungers and a garden lounge are set among regional herbs and plants; there\u2019s also a separate BBQ area. Instead of a single large outdoor space, this creates a variety of areas: sit sheltered under the patio roof, read in the garden, or gather for a barbecue and dinner. <\/p>\n
If you’d like to step away from your own garden for a while, you can use the property’s communal pool. Bicycle parking and parking spaces are also available. <\/p>\n
The ocean is also part of the experience here. The property is located near the Maremma coast, so days spent in the garden and by the pool can be easily combined with trips to the water. At the same time, you\u2019re surrounded by a landscape characterized by Mediterranean vegetation and its proximity to the river. <\/p>\n
