The house is located in the Maremma region in southern Tuscany, nestled among Mediterranean greenery and yet very close to the sea. It is the residential unit on the property furthest from the main house and features a private garden measuring approximately 350 m\u00b2. Its own pine trees provide shade, and the estate\u2019s lavender fields are right nearby. This creates a secluded area with plenty of outdoor space and a pleasantly private atmosphere. <\/p>\n
Even the path leading to the house passes through an arch covered in jasmine and opens onto the first terrace. Furnished with a sofa and armchairs, it\u2019s a lovely spot for breakfast, your first cup of coffee, or a break in the shade. On the other side of the house, there\u2019s another, much larger outdoor area with sun loungers, armchairs, and its own BBQ area. Together with the garden, these spaces offer a variety of settings for different times of day\u2014from breakfast outdoors to a long evening under the open sky. <\/p>\n
Inside, the design is inspired by traditional Tuscan country homes. Large exposed chestnut beams span the rooms, complemented by stone floors, rich fabrics and furniture, as well as decorative details crafted by local artisans. The color scheme incorporates, among other things, the violet hues of the nearby lavender fields. <\/p>\n
The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a large cooking island, serves as the centerpiece of the shared living area. High-quality lighting fixtures, handcrafted furniture, and the combination of natural stone, wood, and various colors give the rooms a unique character without overshadowing the home\u2019s traditional elements. <\/p>\n
Two double bedrooms can accommodate up to four people. Here, too, fabrics and textiles play an important role in the design. The bathroom features a sink and shower made of Rapolano travertine. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV round out the amenities. <\/p>\n
In addition to the private outdoor areas, guests have access to the property\u2019s communal pool. Nestled amid Mediterranean vegetation, it offers another spot to enjoy warm days when you don\u2019t feel like going to the beach. Parking for cars and bicycles is also available. <\/p>\n
The location makes it easy to plan a variety of vacation activities. The Maremma coast with its beaches is right nearby, as are Marina di Grosseto and the Tombolo pine forest. This means you can leave the car behind for a change and explore the area by bike. For longer excursions, Castiglione della Pescaia, the Maremma Nature Park, and the wineries and small towns in the hinterland are great options. <\/p>\n
